Mr. Julian Juul Wolhardt, aged 32, is currently an executive director of Morgan Stanley focusing on the group's private equity transactions in the Greater China region. Before joining Morgan Stanley in 1999, Mr. Wolhardt was with the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lazard Freres and prior to that he was with Coopers & Lybrand's Financial Advisory Service Group. Mr. Wolhardt is an non-executive director of China Paradise Electronics Retail Limited and of CIMIC Holdings Limited. He has previously served as a non-executive director of Fujian Nanping Nanfu Battery Company Limited and as an observer to the board of Hengan International Group Company Limited. Mr. Wolhardt is a CPA and CMA and received a B.S. with honours in Accounting from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign).

Mr. JIAO Shuge (alias JIAO Zhen), aged 39, is the chairman of Board of Director and is a non-executive Director of the Company appointed by CDH China Fund ,L.P.(CDH).. Mr. Jiao joined the Group in September 2002. Mr. Jiao received a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Shandong University and a Master's degree in Engineering from the Ministry of Space Industry Institute in 1989. Mr. Jiao is the general manager of CDH. He previously served as deputy general manager of the direct investment department for China International Capital Corporation Limited, and researcher with Beijing Information and Control Research Institute. He is currently a director of Beijing Taiyang Pharmaceuticals Industry Co.,Ltd,and Superdata Software Holdings Limited,China Paradise Electronics Retail Limited and Key World Industrial Company Limited.
