Mengniu produces a wide range of dairy products, including over 250 varieties of liquid milk products, comprising UHT milk products, milk beverages and yogurt, ice cream of various flavours and other dairy products, mainly milk powder, milk tea powder and milk tablets.

UHT Milk
Its UHT milk products include: pure milk, calcium-rich milk, calcium-rich low-fat milk, zinc and iron fortified milk and superior grade milk, etc. Milk fortified with vitamins and minerals and milk with lower fat or lactose content are developed to meet specific nutritional needs of different consumer groups.

UHT milk is raw milk processed under UHT conditions to achieve commercial sterilization. Mengniu packages the majority of its UHT milk products in aseptic containers, which protect the milk from air and light and extend its shelf life. Depending on choice of packaging, its UHT milk products retain their freshness at room temperature for a period of 45 days to 8 months.

Milk Beverages
In addition to UHT milk, Mengniu produces over 20 varieties of milk beverages. Milk beverages are liquid milk products using milk (either fermented or not) as a primary ingredient. Among Mengniu's milk beverage products, there are the XINQING brand beverages in original and fruity flavours, the breakfast milk in egg and wheat flavours and the green bean milk beverage, etc.
